Year Built: 1956.

The Coke County Courthouse is located in Robert Lee, Texas.  The county was created in 1889 and Hayrick was selected as the county seat. The first courthouse was a two story log structure built in Hayrick in 1889.  The courthouse was destroyed by fire in 1890. The county seat was moved to Robert Lee in 1890.  The second courthouse was designed by Oscar Ruffini and the contractor was Martin, Byrne & Johnston in Robert Lee in 1891.  The building was demolished in 1965.  The third and present courthouse was constructed in 1955 to 1956.
